Scholarship
As one of the premier universities in the world North Carolina State University stresses academic excellence and achievement and as one of NC State's student organizations IFC as well commits itself and its memebers to achieving their scholastic potential. The Interfraternity Council is a very dynamic organization with numerous and diverse priorities yet the overriding priority of IFC is the academic success and wellbeing of our members. Regardless of the business and obligations IFC may have scholarship comes first and foremost. As college students academics are the main reason we attend college and as IFC men we acknowledge that and provide the best resources and environments for academic excellence. The governing body of IFC requires a standard GPA to join a Fraternity and most IFC Fraternities also hold a variety of educational programs and workshops over the year to optimize our member's study skills and academic performance in addition to the Fraternitites' own scholarship programs. IFC wants men who are aware of the reason they are attending college and the need to perform at the highest potential of their abilities. Scholarship is a key pillar of Fraternity life and IFC intends to uphold that value to the fullest degree and we expect each of our members to do the same. ![]() | ![]() |
