What is IFC?

The Interfraternity Council is the governing body of over 20 men's social Fraternities at NC State. IFC meets bi-weekly to sicuss and dispatch the business and information of the council.

The purpose of the Interfraternity Council is to faithfully serve the NC State, Greek, and surrounding communities through leadership, communication, and programming. We represent unity with integrity, excellence, and dedication.

The goals of IFC focus on improving public perception, increasing the quality and quantity of Fraternity men, and enhancing the North Carolina State University student experience. We help our members excel as students, provide a social outlet, and build leadership throughout our member's college career. Those benefits and many more will aid our members throughout their lifetime and make them better men which is the ultimate goal of the Interfraternity Council.
